Welcome to The Insurance Tools and our first product, CertTracker.
CertTracker is designed for businesses to administrate the Certificates of Insurance requested from sub-contractors, vendors, tenants, etc.
The subscription fee of $14.95 per month is not a gimmick. We simply believe that information should not cost more than it is worth.
In addition to the functions of requesting, following up, comparing, storing, renewing and archiving requested certificates; CertTracker's reporting capabilities include policy year-end audit reports for general liability and workers compensation.
Many businesses have expressed to us that they know they have to track certificates, but with times as they are, do not have the manpower to enter all the prior certificates received over the years.
So, to help these businesses, we developed a process that allow us to enter your previously received certificates and email the data file to you. It works slick, because when you import the data, it automatically knows where to download the data and adds to your existing information, so you don't loose any information!!!
Some businesses have liked this entry service so much that they have asked if we would continue entering certificates on an ongoing basis. So, we offer this service as well.
We even make the subscription fee easy to deal with; our subscribers can pay either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. It's what works best for you.
Download a free 30-day trial by clicking on the Download menu. To check out the reporting power of CertTracker without having to do entry yourself, after you have downloaded the program, go to our FAQ tab and download the DemoData Utility.
At fifty cents a day, CertTracker delivers a powerhouse database management system that helps you do what the insurance industry has been demanding of you, to track your certificates!!
If you track certs, you gotta have CertTracker!!!!!
